Supply Chain Programme Management is Geoff’s primary focus. With a wealth of experience, Geoff is a highly regarded consultant and trainer who has worked for a range of public sector bodies, utility organisations and private sector businesses.
Mark is an experienced software and business architect specialising in strategic use and positioning of IT in large international organisations. Mark has held positions with international responsibility for organisations such as Microsoft and Colgate Palmolive. Mark’s recent role was project managing the development of Australia’s highest network traffic internet site.
Michael MTM, ACA
Michael is an experienced international business consultant having advised on a broad range of corporate services functions across a range of international and industry cultures. Michael is an innovative thinker and provides vision, leadership and simple solutions to complex organisational problems.
Michael has a track record of transforming the vision and leadership of best practice into execution with realised cost savings. Sectors include: Oil and Gas; Global Charities; Telecommunications; Public Sector; Financial and Banking.
Michael’s professional multi-discipline qualifications enable him to harmonise best practice across finance, estates, technology and procurement departments. He has sustained grownth in technology business at over 100% pa during poor economic times and successfully developed international startup businesses capturing 1.5% market share in the first year.
Philip’s experience is in IT and Finance at levels of IT Director and Finance Director for organisations with over £500m turnover. Philip is equally at home in the UK or travelling working abroad. Phillip’s most recent projects have been compliance work and implementing Sarbanes Oxley requirements into public companies.

Trevor is an experienced Procurement and Supply Chain Consultant and author. Trevor provides depth in procurement expertise across a variety of industry sectors. Trevor’s recent projects include supporting a major PFI bid for a construction company, extending the use of e-commerce in hospitals and developing a home deliver service for a global pharmaceutical business.
Geoff MBA, BSc(Hons), MCIPS
A business graduate and CIPS-qualified, Geoff has practical experience of delivering procurement projects and consultancy to blue-chips and public sector organisations, with particular recent experience in the facilities management category. An analytical thinker with excellent report-writing skills, Geoff has a professional approach and an ability to get on with people from the Boardroom to the shop floor.
An experienced IT & Facilities Director with a wide range of experience in both Public and Private Sector organisations. Trevor has specific skills in managing organisational change from concept and design through to implementation of strategic cost reduction.
Colin has over 25 years in the computing industry his IT career started at British Aerospace. He is experienced in networking and infrastructure analysis, a vast range of software applications and support systems on a variey of hardware plateforms and operating environments.

Bryan’s internationally recognised expertise is in improving procurement and payment processes, especially in the commercial sector by ensuring that procurement activities and financial outcomes are aligned with board strategies, commitments and measures. In addition, Bryan’s experience as a non-executive director has provided exposure to the challenges of local authorities in dealing within MAA’s (such as PUSH), with shared service providers, Counties, Regional Authorities and Central Government Departments such as CLG.

A qualified chartered electrical engineer with vast experience in all aspects of modern building services, including data-centres, Craig strength is as a lateral thinker who is able to find creative solutions to individual problems. Having established and managed significant FM divisions he can help clients and contractors with topics such as client liaison, tender documentation preparation, strategic engineering management plans, auditing of clients facilities, statutory compliance reviews, office churn feasibility studies, risk reviews, equipment failure investigations, life cycle costing exercises, FM Tender Responses and permit to work assessments.

Ellison is a highly adaptable and results driven senior Procurement/Contracts Managerwith more than 25 years extensive experience in the private, public and not for profit sectors. With a particular understanding of Public Procurement Policy and Legal environment, Ellison has proven experience influencing and shaping strategy with high profile internal and external stakeholders up to Board level and the highest political level.
Julian can really make a difference to your business, with a track record of saving money, creating efficiencies, and of designing and implementing new systems, management information reporting and performance management. With an ability to empathise and engage with finance and non finance staff, he has experience of group accounts, consolidations, mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and post acquisition integration.
