The National Heritage Memorial Fund and Heritage Lottery Fund
Since 1995 Team Improvement Consultants have helped the NHMF and HLF become recognised as one of the most efficient and effective Lottery Distributors in the UK.
Sound Management practises are supported by simple and effective processing systems. Information is entered once onto HLF’s systems and processed without duplication. This provides robust financial information and enables applications and financial processes to effectively and efficiently process transactions. Generally, HLF systems process transactions and people manage the applications and transactions.
The Seventh Day Adventist Church
The Seventh Day Adventist Church international financial processes required upgrading to comply with new financial reporting standards. Multiple Coding standards resulted in complex integration to uniform international reporting standards.
The Seventh Day Adventist Church is represented throughout the most countries in the world and complies with local, corporate and international requirements. The operational diversity of the church includes Hospitals, Healthcare, Television and Radio media, Publishing, Manufacturing and Food Processing and Spiritual Support.
Team Improvement Consultants provided simplification of coding standards from multiple coding methods and standards to a one single standard across all operations. This greatly reduced the processing time, usability of information and simplified infrastructure support requirements.

Team Improvement Consultants designed processes to simplify inter-company transactions across countries halving processing loads. This simplified and improved internal inter-departmental and inter-company communication and provided certainty to transactional reporting.
Early Learning Centre
Early Learning Centre improved the value of their products by sourcing a larger proportion from the Far East. However, this presented logistical challenges, particularly in the peak period running up to Christmas. A Team Improvement consultant worked as part of a mixed consultant/client group to identify new and better ways of handling, storing and distributing product to meet customer demand.

Data entry was simplified reducing the need for high skill levels to be applied at points of entry. This substantially reduced overall system support costs by automating many functions
